Extroversion vs. Introversion: A Daycare Curriculum

In today's modern society, especially in low-context cultures such as the United States, personalities that include the trait of extroversion are usually preferred in both work/school environments as well as social environments. Outgoing, friendly, and sociable are all traits most identified with an ideal romantic interest. At the same time, employers are looking for employees who are described as innovative, active, and have good leadership skills. Most personalities (shown from research and experience) are formulated during the early stages of childhood. Because of this, the upbringing of children is extremely important and can, in most cases, be manipulated. My project will be creating a curriculum for children under the age of 5 (before kindergarten) targeting introverted children and molding them toward a more extroverted personality.
